Order Process

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Custom piñatas require a 50% deposit at the time of order. We will begin crafting your piñata once the deposit is received.

Custom and Themed Piñatas

All piñatas are handmade and may vary slightly from photos or descriptions due to their handcrafted nature. Custom designs are made to your specifications; please provide clear details when ordering.

Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed. We welcome modification requests; please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.

Returns and Refunds

Because each of our piñatas is handcrafted and often custom-made just for you, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you need any modifications, please reach out — we’re happy to work with you to make adjustments whenever possible. In special cases we also reserve the right to accept returns at our discretion if items are returned in good condition.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary depending on the complexity of the order and location. We will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.

Liability

We take great care in crafting your piñata, but we are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or after delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly with any concerns.
